Our client has a Thirty-Seven year track record of excellence in Freight Forwarding and Logistics. They are well established, well funded and profitable. They have corporate offices covering the world (very focused in Asia) and are a top twenty global air forwarder and are among the Top Ten in the Asia/US market. They are experiencing tremendous growth, and with this growth opportunity abounds. Our client is the largest privately owned company in its field.

Our client is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Sales Professionals in the Chicago (O\\\'Hare) area. Our client expects candidates to value lucrative compensation for hard work and performance, ample opportunity for career progression and the stability that comes with a well established, profitable and growing company.

To be considered for this position you must fit the following profile:

Roles and responsibilities:
You will be expected to develop and manage accounts in a prescribed market. You will be an expert on all company product/service offerings and manage the sale of these offerings in a disciplined and direct manner. Your area of responsibility will include but are not limited to the following:
Revenue growth:
-- You must be adept at creating and managing a sales plan and executing that plan to success.
-- You will be selling the company\\\'s core products, which include international transportation (air + ocean) with strong concentration on the ASIA/USA market, customs brokerage, trucking and other Logistics services. You should be very comfortable and polished in all types of client interaction, scheduling meetings and making presentations.
-- You will be responsible for creating a monthly sales report and you will participate in a weekly sales meeting.
-- You will enjoy excellent support from the company and be expected to utilize all resources and tools at your disposal to ensure success and appropriate customer service.

Requirements:
-- You must have a track record of sales in the international freight forwarding arena. Asian Import experience is a huge plus.
-- You must be highly motivated by success, recognition and financial incentives.
-- Excellent experience and a proven track record are highly valued.
-- Ability to work independently
