  6. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or customs-related challenges.
  7. Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and coordinate with sales and production teams regarding shipment timelines.
  8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on shipment status, costs, and any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  9. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from international customers regarding shipment status, product information, or any other related concerns.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the export process, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  15. Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and logistics, to share feedback and continuously improve the export process.
